About Delightful Pastries...
In 1998 Dobra Bielinski and Stasia Hawyrszczuk opened up a bakery. It is a mother and a daughter team.
Our goal is to make authentic European pastries, using as many local ingredients as possible.
Our belief is to let quality natural ingredients speak for themselves, to shine through without covering them up with sugar.
We make all of our products in-house, using the finest fresh ingredients, with no chemicals or preservatives added. Our customers can taste the butter difference. A majority of our pastries are purposefully made low-sugar as dictated by our clientele, who do not want sugar-overloaded pastries.
