Paczki – one of our favorite pastries! Paczki are made from a rich, sweet yeasty dough, filled with delicious fillings, similar to a donut. Traditionally enjoyed on Fat Tuesday before Lent, these treats are loved year-round.
In our Paczki Baking Class, Pastry Chef Dobra will teach you how to make paczki dough, proof it, and fry it to golden perfection. The best part? Filling them with jams, fruits, custards, chocolate, and more, then finishing with glaze or powdered sugar. You’ll also create angel wings (chrusciki), shaping and frying them during class.
