Delightful Pastries can help you celebrate with our fabulous cakes made from scratch and filled with delicious goodness.

Baking thousands of cakes and pastries a week have turned us into experts. We work with every customer at creating unique and delicious desserts for any occasion - birthdays, graduations, first communions, baptisms, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, family reunions - you name it.

Cakes can be chosen from one of our classic creations or you can create one of your own from hundreds of combinations using our delicious fresh or preserved fruit fillings, custards and icings.

Mixed Berry Torte

Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries with a vanilla bean custard, whipped cream and chocolate cake.

Tira Mi Su

Mascarpone Cheesecake, rum, marsala wine, espresso surrounded by lady fingers and topped with chocolate shavings.

Death By Chocolate

This three-layer-chocolate-cake is filled with luscious chocolate mousse, finished with bitter  and sweet chocolate ganache. A true delight for chocolate lovers!

 
Passion Fruit Mousse Cake

Passion fruit mousse layered between Grand Marnier and soaked vanilla genoise finished with delicious whipped cream.

Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

Chocolate mousse topped with raspberries, sandwiched between framboise soaked genoise, either chocolate or vanilla. The cake can be finished off with whipped cream.

German Chocolate Cake

Moist pecan and coconut filling for a chocolate cake finished off with chocolate buttercream.

Raspberry Almond Torte
